Volunteers Needed!

From: Todd Wilson – Security Bank Cycling Team

To: Macon, GA Cycling Community

Volunteer Race Course Marshall

Dear Fellow Cyclists, The Georgia Cup race series will be making a stop in Macon, GA on June 13-14, 2009.  This exciting two-day event will give us an opportunity to grow and expand our sport in the Macon community.  In order to host a successful event, we need your help marshaling the courses. As a marshal, you will be responsible for automobile traffic control, pedestrian traffic control, and race directional support. Your support of this event is greatly needed.

·      Saturday 6.13.09 – 5 marshals needed for the time trial and criterium events.

·      Sunday 6.14.09 – 14 marshals needed for the road race.

·      Volunteer times will be determined.

If you can help us with the event, please call me, Todd Wilson, at 478-951-2341 or email me at todd.wilson@martinmarietta.com.

Sincerely, - Todd Wilson
